Full job description

We are seeking a highly organised and process-oriented Learning & Development System & Coordinator to join our HRHub Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This role is central to improving functionality within our key people systems, particularly Litmos, ensuring accuracy and a smooth digital experience for employees. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in problem-solving, process improvement and serving as the primary point of contact for system-related information. Additionally, you will play a significant role in HR projects across the UK & I Hub, assisting in the coordination of system upgrades, implementation of new modules and various change initiatives that influence how our teams operate.

Responsibilities

Manage core HR systems including learning, health and benefits platforms to ensure smooth daily operation.
Maintain data quality through regular audits, updates and accurate record‑keeping.
Provide first‑line system support to employees and managers, resolving queries and escalating issues.
Support HR projects such as system upgrades, new modules and change initiatives across the UK&I Hub.
Contribute to process improvements by identifying efficiencies, updating documentation and enhancing user experience.

Requirements

Strong organisational skills — able to manage multiple systems, tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
Process‑orientated mindset — comfortable following, improving and documenting workflows.
HR systems experience, ideally including LMS, benefits or occupational health platforms.
Data accuracy and reporting capability — confident working with data, running reports and maintaining data integrity.
Strong communication skills — able to support employees, liaise with providers and collaborate across HR.
