We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and inspiring Nursery Room Leader to join our team at our beautiful Sherwood Nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong early years practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a room with confidence, creativity, and care.

As part of our award-winning nursery group, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive and staff feel genuinely supported.

Your Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will:

Lead the day-to-day running of your nursery room
Create exciting learning experiences in line with the EYFS
Support, mentor, and inspire your team within the room
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Maintain high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
Help create a positive, welcoming, and supportive nursery environment

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Have previous nursery experience
Have experience leading or supporting a nursery room
Have strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
Are passionate about early years education
Are positive, proactive, and a strong team player
