Overview
We are looking for a practical, reliable, and customer focused individual to join our team as a Hot Tub Service & Installation Technician.
This is a varied and hands-on role involving the delivery, installation, servicing, and maintenance of hot tubs at customer properties. Every day is different, and the role combines practical work, problem-solving, and customer interaction.
Previous experience within the hot tub industry is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are keen to hear from candidates who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in their work, and are committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and install hot tubs at customer properties
- Assist with the positioning, setup, and commissioning of hot tubs
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and cleaning of hot tubs
- Identify and resolve faults and issues where possible
- Replace parts and components as required
- Provide customers with guidance on the operation and care of their hot tub
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work carried out
- Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are kept clean and in good condition
- Follow company health and safety procedures at all times

- Good level of physical fitness, as some lifting and manual handling is required
- Flexible approach to travel and occasional overnight stays

Experience
Previous experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial, but is not essential:
- Deliveries and installations
- Maintenance or servicing roles
- Plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or trade-based work
- Customer service roles
Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Travel Requirements
This role involves travelling to customers as part of your day-to-day work. A company vehicle will be provided following successful completion of the initial training period to support travel to appointments. Occasional overnight stays may be required depending on scheduling and location.
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
