Full job description

Please note that this job does not meet the skill level or salary requirements for work visa sponsorship and as such we will be unable to progress your application if you do not have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

To provide a comprehensive administration and secretarial support to the Shropshire Wheelchair and Posture Service, (a specialist clinical and mechanical multidisciplinary team who provide a service to people with mobility problems requiring a wheelchair).

In addition to this vacancy there will be Bank hours available for the first 12 months. This is due to Maternity leave with in the Team.

Share responsibility for reception desk.

Be the first point of contact for service users; booking and arranging appointments, general enquires.

Book and plan clinics whilst liaising with manufacturer representatives and clinicians.

S ecretarial support for the service: managing and coordinating diaries, ordering, taking minutes.

Please make contact with the service to understand the nature of it's clinical speciality and the established administration support in place.
