Make Every Referral Count

At Shropshire Mental Health Support, we believe everyone deserves access to the right support at the right time. We're looking for an organised, compassionate and proactive Referrals Co-ordinator & Team Supervisor to play a central role in ensuring people are connected quickly and effectively to our services.

As the first point of contact for many people seeking support, you'll coordinate Outreach referrals, oversee our Telephone Support service, supervise Telephone Support Workers and work closely with colleagues to ensure a positive and seamless experience for those accessing our services.

What You'll Do

Manage incoming referrals and enquiries
Speak with people seeking support and identify appropriate support options
Coordinate referral allocations and handovers
Supervise Telephone Support Workers
Maintain accurate records and reports
Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless service

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience coordinating services, referrals or enquiries
Ability to manage competing priorities
Experience supporting or supervising others
A compassionate, professional and person-centred approach

Experience within the voluntary, community, wellbeing and mental health sectors would be advantageous.
