Full job description

Due to continued growth, PayStream Accounting Services Limited have an opening for an Agency Engagement Advisor to join our Agency Support Team at our Altrincham office. Hybrid working options are available subject to training and probation.

The salary for this role is £35,000. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.

The Role:

Acting as a key point of contact for recruitment agencies, delivering a high standard of support relating to umbrella employees and services we provide
Managing a range of queries via phone and email, ensuring responses are accurate, timely and professional
Proactively engaging with recruitment agencies to build and maintain strong working relationships, ensuring agencies feel supported and identifying any potential issues at an early stage
Maintaining service quality and strengthening agency partnerships by identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and escalating concerns where appropriate
Being responsible for navigating internal systems, applying company processes, and maintaining compliance with data protection and company standards

The Person:

Strong communication and relationship building skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to balance reactive support with proactive relationship management
Passionate about customer service
Able to listen with the desire to resolve things
A positive can-do attitude, being punctual and reliable
A strong work ethic with the ability and commitment to deliver high levels of customer service
Ability to work effectively in a team
Highly self-motivated with the ability to meet targets

Requirements:

Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
Experience of working within a telephony-based customer service role
Ideally experience within a proactive role, building relationships and maintaining relationships
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
