About EarkartEarkart is an established hearing care brand focused on delivering patient-centred audiology services with convenience, accessibility, and clinical excellence at the core.As we expand into the UK, we are building a modern clinic- and domiciliary-based audiology service focused on personalised care, flexible working, and maintaining high clinical standards.The RoleWe are looking for experienced Audiologists and Hearing Aid Dispensers to provide:
- Domiciliary hearing assessments
- Hearing aid fittings and aftercare
- Wax removal services (where applicable)
- Follow-up appointments and rehabilitation support
- Occasional clinic-based appointments
The role is primarily community and home-visit based, supported by efficient route planning and administrative coordination.You will work autonomously while receiving ongoing operational and clinical support from the wider team.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments in patients’ homes
- Recommend and fit appropriate hearing solutions
- Deliver excellent patient care and aftercare support
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Manage follow-up appointments and hearing aid adjustments
- Build strong patient relationships and local reputation
- Travel within your designated regional territory
RequirementsEssential
- HCPC registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist
- FdSc, BSc or MSc in Audiology/Hearing Aid Audiology (or equivalent)
- 2–3 years’ experience within private audiology
- Full UK driving licence
- 25 days annual leave plus public holidays
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Willingness to travel within regional areas
Desirable
- Experience in domiciliary audiology
- Wax removal experience
- Independent working experience
- Commercial awareness within private hearing care
