Location - EMG BYD Spalding
Full Time – Permanent
Salary - OTE upwards of £55,000 pa (Salary negotiable on experience/ uncapped bonus)

To be successful in this role you will have.

A proven track record as a Senior Sales Executive, Business Manager, Sales Controller or Sales Manager within the automotive industry.
Good financial and commercial understanding
A positive and forward-thinking work ethic
The skills and experience to lead and inspire a team
A proactive and organised approach
Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment, supporting both shared and personal objectives.

Your duties will include;

Enhance the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products.
Effectively motivate and support the sales team to reach expected targets.
Buying and selecting used cars at competitive process to maximise resale profitability.
Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service.
Ensure effective stock management and profiling.
Support site maintenance efforts alongside Management.
Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create strategies that boost sales.
Mentor and lead a sales team to enhance departmental performance.
Strive towards career progression with support from our business.
EMG Business Managers work flexible schedules, including weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis), to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
