Fixed Seating UK is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of bespoke fixed seating for the hospitality, leisure, and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Bench Joiner to join our workshop team.
The Role
As a Bench Joiner, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality bespoke seating and joinery items from technical drawings while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. You will be expected to work efficiently, meet tight production deadlines, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker.
- A good understanding of reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
- Their own basic hand tools.
- General knowledge and experience of woodworking machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude.
