Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional individual to join our office team on a permanant part-time basis.
This is a varied and important role that requires excellent communication skills, strong oranisation and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will often be the first point of contact for our customers, so delivering outstanding service is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations to support the removal services.
- Coordinate customer inquiries, bookings, and scheduling with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information.
- Assist with sales administration and client communication.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and feedback.
- Support team members with organizational tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
- Uphold company standards of excellent customer service throughout all interactions.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Be confident dealing with customers in a professional manner.
- Remain calm and composed when working under pressure.
- Be able to handle complaints and challenging situations diplomatically.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Be reliable, trustworthy and take pride in their work.
Hours
The working hours will be 9am to 1pm, Mon - Fri.
Working hours may be adapted slightly if required to suit the right candidate.
Flexibility Required
The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work additional hours to provide holiday cover for one other office administrator.
