Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Aftersales Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing customer service processes, supporting sales administration, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The successful candidate will possess excellent computer literacy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills within a dynamic organisation.

Duties

Manage and update customer records,ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Co ordinating with the workshop to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Support sales administration activities, including processing orders and invoicing
Respond to customer enquiries promptly via email, phone, or other communication channels
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of aftersales services
Maintain organised filing systems both digitally and physically
Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-up communications with clients
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently, adhering to organisational standards
Support IT-related tasks as required, including troubleshooting basic software issues

Skills

Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Good computer literacy and IT skills to navigate various software platforms
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks accordingly
Customer service experience with a professional approach to client interactions
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Organised with high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
