General Labourer – Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our growing team, working across in Ireland. This role offers flexible work with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will assist with the installation and maintenance of polyethylene (PE) pipeline systems, working alongside experienced operatives on a variety of projects. Work is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional periods of working away from home when required. Accommodation paid for by company.

Duties

Assisting with the installation, maintenance and welding of polyethylene (PE) pipelines
Supporting site operatives with general labouring duties
Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment safely around site
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Supporting the team in completing projects efficiently and to a high standard
Travelling to various work locations throughout Northern Ireland, Ireland and England.

Requirements

Valid CSR Card (essential)
Valid Manual Handling Certificate (essential)
Previous construction or utility industry experience is advantageous but not essential
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to undertake physical manual work
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
