Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Domestic Air-Conditioning Engineers and Installers to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems within residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, schematics, and construction processes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in HVAC, construction, or equipment repair to develop their career in a dynamic and professional environment. All positions are paid, including internships.

Duties

Install air conditioning units in residential settings according to technical specifications and schematics
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing air conditioning systems
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently to ensure optimal performance
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation instructions
Lead small teams during installation projects, providing guidance and ensuring safety compliance
Assist with system upgrades and equipment replacement as required
Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts utilised
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements

Proven experience or strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, mechanical principles, and equipment repair
Ability to read technical schematics and installation diagrams
Construction experience or background in building services is highly desirable
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise or guide team members effectively
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail during installation and maintenance tasks
Good physical fitness to handle lifting, manoeuvring equipment, and working in confined spaces
Relevant qualifications or certifications in HVAC or mechanical engineering are preferred but not essential for entry-level roles
A valid UK driving licence is advantageous for site travel purposes
