RECEPTIONIST / SECRETARY / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
PART-TIME – 20-24 HOURS PER WEEK OVER 5 DAYS - CORE HOURS BUT CAN BE FLEXIBLE
SALARY - DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE
We are an independent firm of chartered accountants based in Warrington Town Centre.
The right candidate should have good administration skills and a positive enthusiastic and flexible attitude. Responsibilities include:
- Providing secretarial support to the Partners and office staff (using Microsoft programmes)
- Handling incoming telephone calls through main switchboard system
- Liaising with internal departments and dealing with any queries
- Assisting departments with scanning and photocopying
- Greeting and announcing visitors promptly
- Maintaining a tidy and efficient Reception area
- Making refreshments for visitors
- Receiving, opening incoming mail
- Handling outgoing mail
- Petty Cash
- Banking
- Managing stationery orders
Required Skills/Experience:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication/strong organisational skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Minimum 4 GCSE passes at grades 4 or above (C) (two of which must be Maths and English Language)
