General Responsibilities:
Work closely with pastoral and program staff to provide excellence in leadership for missions, outreach, and youth activities at IAG UK & EUROPE.
Attend weekly staff meetings and contribute to strategic planning for missions and youth engagement.
Facilitate and manage outreach opportunities in Swansea, Cardiff, and other ministry locations, emphasizing involvement in worship, spiritual growth through small groups, youth discipleship, and local missions.
Communicate effectively with the congregation, youth, parents/guardians, and community organizations regarding mission, outreach, and youth opportunities.
Provide supervision, encouragement, and support to Connections, Missions, and Youth Ministry teams, while continuing to identify, train, and recruit additional volunteers.
Foster a safe, engaging, and spiritually nurturing environment for children and youth participating in mission and outreach activities. Specific Responsibilities:
Coordinate evangelistic outreach efforts for the congregation, including youth-led and youth-focused initiatives.
Plan, organize, and oversee youth activities, youth outreach programs, mission trips, camps, workshops, and community service projects.
. Attend and provide input at regular committee meetings for Connections, Missions, and Youth Ministry teams.
Plan and implement an annual calendar for missions, outreach, and youth activities. Maintain all communications for missions, outreach, and youth programs, including (but not limited to) the church newsletter, church bulletin, website, social media platforms, and local publications.
Work closely with Connections, Missions, and Youth Ministry team leaders to provide leadership, direction, and training to volunteers.
Provide leadership to IAG UK & EUROPE Youth Development Programs, encouraging spiritual growth, leadership skills, and active participation in church life.
Attend Administrative Council meetings and provide written and oral reports on missions, outreach, and youth activities.
Prepare necessary reports regarding the status, progress, and impact of missions, outreach, and youth programs.
Work closely in developing the yearly IAG UK & EUROPE conference and attend regular training sessions..

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of theological experience. Experience in youth ministry, leading congregation ,conducting prayer and service missions, or community outreach preferred.
Ability to speak multiple Asian languages apart from English. Strong computer literacy. Master’s degree or relevant qualification preferred. Benefits:
Annual Salary: £25500 – £28,000 Full-time position (minimum 38 hours per week) Commitment to weekends is required due to the church’s regular working days Accountability: The Mission & Youth Minister reports directly to the Senior Pastor.
