The Role and Responsibilities
The position of Graduate Business Consultant is varied and demands a proactive mindset. You will be expected to learn quickly and take accountability for your work within a supportive yet challenging atmosphere. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Supporting senior consultants and managers with the execution of business projects.
- Identifying and pursuing new client acquisition activities to support market expansion.
- Contributing creative ideas and strategic input during internal business development meetings.
- Conducting detailed market research to identify emerging trends and commercial opportunities.
- Analysing campaign performance and business metrics to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Building and sustaining professional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Attending and contributing to strategy meetings focused on growth planning.
- Learning the complexities of commercial decision-making and business performance monitoring.
- Assisting with the delivery of business growth projects across the region.
