Business Development & Marketing Associates (Maternity Cover)

Location: Corbridge, Northumberland
Contract: Maternity cover of around 15 months, with potential for a permanent role in the future for the right person
Sector: Financial Services / Financial Advice

What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct monthly 1:1 adviser meetings to review targets, business development activity, opportunities, and support requirements.
Coordinate social media content and scheduling.
Help organise adviser events, networking opportunities, and training activities.
Liaise with lead generation providers and maintain professional relationships.
Track lead performance, conversion rates, profitability, and pipeline activity.
Produce Excel-based reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
Provide general business development and marketing support to individual advisers.
Assist with coordination of training and development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Interest in marketing, business development, sales support, adviser support, or financial services operations.
Previous experience in a marketing, business development, administration, coordination, or client-facing role is helpful but not essential.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confident written and verbal communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Positive, flexible, team-oriented approach.
Experience using social media platforms for business or professional purposes.
