Job Introduction

We have a rewarding opportunity for an Administrator to join our team which supports our Children’s service based in Lower Broughton/Cheetham Hill, Manchester.

The staff team create the ideal nurturing, caring and safe environment. The home supports up to 5 young people who need permanent care or support to help them prepare a move into foster care.

The Together Trust is one of the North Wests leading charities and has formed a partnership with Manchester City Council and provides an excellent children’s home where young people with behavioural issues who have had a difficult start in life find a secure loving home.

Location – Lower Broughton / Cheetham Hill - North Manchester

Hours – 25 hours per week worked between Monday and Friday.

The service can be flexible in how these hours are worked.

Salary - £ 17,486.67 (£13.45) per hour.

What can you bring to the team……..

We are seeking an Administrator who has a good understanding and competency with writing, spelling, reporting & recording documentation and communicating with other professionals and families.

You will need to be confident in building positive relationships with multi-disciplinary teams, young people that we support and work closely with the managers and staff team.

Efficient and accurate keyboard skills and an ability use Word, Excel, Access and Outlook are requirements of this role.

Part of your role involves petty cash handling and updating our online portal system used to account for the monies spent by downloading receipts.
