Full job description

EcoFueled is a fast-growing renewables installation company specialising in solar PV and air source heat pump systems. We are seeking a highly organised Sales Admin Assistant to act as a central point of coordination between our sales, operations, marketing, and finance teams. This is a busy role combining proactive sales calling & sales administration.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support and Calling

Answer incoming enquiries and inbound leads
Generate initial estimates and quotations using our online tools
Proactively follow up on outstanding proposals
Schedule appointments for the sales team

Project and CRM Administration

Manage project lifecycles from sale through to handover
Log and maintain accurate CRM records throughout the customer journey
Assist with contracts, proposals and client onboarding documentation

Office and Commercial Coordination

Handle day-to-day phone enquiries and manage schedules
Act as the coordination point between sales, marketing, operations, and finance
Support customer account reviews and commercial planning activity
Assist with lead management and campaign tracking, working alongside marketing

Person Specification

Essential

Experience in sales administration, sales support, or CRM administration
Confident, professional phone manner with a proactive approach to lead follow-up
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities across directors and sales managers in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

Experience with Monday.com or similar CRM platforms
Background in renewables, or an interest in the sector (full product training provided)
Bid or tender experience
Exposure to marketing, lead management, or customer journey processes
Experience using AI or automation tools to streamline admin work

Training and Development

Full training on our products, systems, and processes, including renewables-specific requirements, will be provided.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
