An exciting new chapter is starting in - and you could be part of it! We’re opening a brand-new Poundstretcher store, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused team members to join us. Whether you’re looking to kick-start your retail career or take the next step into leadership, this is your chance to grow with us.

If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a busy environment, and want a role where no two days are the same, this could be perfect for you.

Your role will include:

Providing excellent customer service with a smile
Keeping shelves stocked, tidy, and well-presented
Maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment
Working flexibly across different shifts

Contracts start from 4 hours per week, with plenty of overtime available. This is a fast-paced environment with great opportunities for progression as we continue to grow.

As a Key Holder, you’ll be a vital part of the store’s management team - helping to lead colleagues, support the Store Manager, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Driven, hardworking, and reliable
Experienced in a busy retail setting (discount retail is an advantage, but not essential)
Ready to take on responsibility and support with leadership tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers
Driving sales and achieving KPIs
Supporting with recruitment, training, and motivating staff
Ensuring company standards are met and maintained
Overseeing health & safety for the store and colleagues
