About the Role

Were expanding our team in our RGB Bodmin Branch and are looking for a reliable Yard & Warehouse Operative.

This role supports yard, warehouse, and trade counter operations, ensuring materials are handled safely and customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, unload, store, and dispatch goods

Pick and prepare orders accurately and on time

Load delivery vehicles and assist customer collections

Support the trade counter and help customers with enquiries

Keep the yard and warehouse clean, safe, and organised

Follow all health & safety procedures

Assist with stock counts and report discrepancies

Work with the wider team to keep operations running smoothly

What Were Looking For

Experience in a builders merchant or warehouse (preferred)

Forklift licence (desirable, training may be available)

Strong customer service skills

Physically fit (manual handling & outdoor work)

Reliable, organised, and a team player

Good attention to detail

Hours

Week 1: MonFri 08:0017:00

Week 2: MonFri 08:0017:00 + Sat 08:0012:00
