At Álainn Skin Clinic we’re looking for a passionate Skin Therapist to join our growing team.
You don’t need to know every advanced device we use we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, a genuine love for skin health, and the ambition to become an exceptional therapist. If you’re committed to learning and delivering outstanding client care we’ll invest in your development.
At Álainn we take a holistic approach to skin health, combining evidence based treatments, advanced technology and personalised treatment plans to help our clients achieve healthy, confident skin.
The Role
As a Skin Therapist, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their skin concerns, educate them on their skin health and deliver personalised treatment plans designed to achieve long term results.
Your role will include:
- Conducting detailed skin consultations
- Delivering advanced facial and skin treatments
- Creating bespoke treatment plans
- Recommending professional homecare
- Monitoring client progress and treatment outcomes
- Providing exceptional client care from consultation through to aftercare
- Maintaining the highest clinical and hygiene standards
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
- Has a genuine passion for skincare and skin health
- Enjoys building long term relationships with clients
- Has excellent communication and consultation skills
- Is motivated, professional and eager to learn
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences
Previous experience with advanced skin treatments or laser is an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
