NO AGENCIES PLEASE

Full Time Receptionist/Office Administrator Office based only, required for Industrial Roofing Company in Redbridge (just off M271), walking distance from Redbridge train station and local bus stops. You will be working directly with/for the office manager, this role is based in a quiet office (small team of 8) but a busy and varied role with aways something to do.

We are seeking someone who is

· Reliable

· Punctual

· Hard Working

· Committed

· Proactive

· Has a hands-on approach

The right candidate will have

· Polite, confident telephone manner

· Good typing/keyboard skills

· Have an excellent level of written and spoken English

· Able to prioritise

· Good to Very Good Knowledge of Microsoft office packages

· A proven administration background

- Can commit to the hours and days required

Preferred but not essential

· Worked for a construction-based company before

· Have knowledge of site Health and Safety

Duties include (but not limited to)

· All admin tasks relating to the general running of a small office

· Answering phones, dealing with suppliers and customers

· Maintaining company vehicle fleet

· Maintaining and booking training courses

· Filing all incoming emails to correct files

· Set up job files manual and electronically

· Assist in order materials, plant and equipment

· Assist the accounts manager matching invoices, inputting Purchase orders and the like

· Devising operation and Maintenance manuals and apply for material guarantees.

A full list of expected duties to be provided before interview stage

Hours are 8am – 4.30pm Mon – Thurs and 8am to 4pm Fridays (half hour for lunch), 25 days holiday Plus Bank and Public Holidays (5 to be kept for Christmas shutdown) and free parking.

Salary range £22,568 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

This position is available immediately and will be offered on a 6-month trial period.
