Handyman / Multi-Trader (Subcontractor) – Immediate Start
We are looking for a reliable and skilled handyman/multi-trader on a self-employed subcontractor basis to join our growing property maintenance team covering the Portsmouth area.
The role will involve a variety of works including:
- Painting and decorating
- Wall and floor tiling
- General property repairs
- Basic carpentry and maintenance
- Making good and snagging works
- Day-to-day maintenance across residential properties
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property maintenance
- Competent in painting, tiling and general repairs
- Own van, tools and transport essential
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs efficiently
- Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- Reliable, professional and punctual
Regular work available for the right person with an immediate start.
