Alongside this transformation, we must continue to support and maintain our current platform, ensuring continuity and accuracy while carefully managing complex and business-critical data, processes, and structures. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join DP World in Southampton and support the successful delivery of the Billing Transformation Programme. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality across system and business testing, helping to validate that integrations, data, and billing outputs meet defined requirements.
You’ll work closely with the QA Lead, IT teams, and business stakeholders to execute testing activities across system integration, user acceptance testing, and regression phases. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work across both technical and business validation.
This position is ideal for someone with QA or testing experience who enjoys working in fast-paced transformation environments and wants to contribute directly to the delivery of high-quality systems and processes.

How you will contribute
- Execute test cases across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Validate end-to-end business processes and system functionality.
- Record and maintain accurate test results and supporting documentation.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation between legacy and new systems.
- Support verification of billing outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues for resolution.
- Log, track, and manage defects, ensuring clear documentation and timely resolution.
- Support retesting and validation of defect fixes.
- Assist with preparation of test data, scenarios, and scripts.
- Support QA Lead in test environment readiness and planning activities.
- Assist and guide business SMEs during UAT execution.
- Provide updates on testing progress, issues, and outcomes to the QA Lead.
- Maintain accurate QA documentation, reports, and test artefacts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and quality processes.
What you will bring
- Experience in QA, testing, or system validation roles.
- Experience executing test cases and supporting SIT and UAT activities.
- Understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and testing processes.
- Experience working with IT teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience within finance, billing, or data-driven environments is advantageous.
- Exposure to performance testing or automation is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Hands-on, proactive approach to testing and problem-solving.
- Strong organisational skills with a structured approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced delivery environment.
