Full job description

The Role

We're looking for a China & Far East Online Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategy and execution for clients targeting China, and the broader Asia-Pacific region as well as Europe and US. This is a specialist role at the intersection of regional expertise, digital marketing performance, and client strategy.

You'll own the research, planning, and delivery of market-entry and growth programs for US-based clients, working across channels including Baidu, WeChat, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, META etc

What You'll Do

Develop and execute online marketing strategies for clients entering or scaling in China and international markets
Manage and optimize campaigns across Baidu, WeChat, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, META etc
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling for target markets
Oversee localization of digital content, websites, and campaigns for cultural and linguistic fit
Report on campaign performance, translating data into clear insights and recommendations for US-based clients
Stay current on platform algorithm changes, regulatory requirements, and digital trends across target markets
Contribute to new business proposals and client presentations

What You Bring

Native or near-native Mandarin proficiency is a must
3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on China and/or Far East markets
Hands-on experience with Baidu Ads, WeChat Official Accounts, Weibo, and/or equivalent regional platforms
Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, content, and social media strategy in regional contexts
Ability to bridge US client expectations with in-market realities
Comfortable working with AI tools as part of daily workflow
Excellent English communication skills for client-facing work
Experience with analytics platforms and performance reporting
