Marketing & Sales Executive

Help Drive the Growth of a Specialist Business

We're looking for an ambitious and creative Marketing & Sales Executive to help grow our business by generating high-quality leads, increasing brand awareness and converting opportunities into new customers.

This is a varied role combining, marketing, website management and business development. You'll be responsible for improving our online presence, creating marketing campaigns, generating qualified sales leads and supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to the customer onboarding.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys combining marketing creativity with commercial thinking and wants to make a genuine impact within a growing business.

The Role

As our Marketing & Sales Executive, you'll take ownership of both our marketing activity and new business generation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Marketing

Managing and continuously improving the company website.
Optimising website content and SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase enquiries.
Monitoring website performance and recommending improvements.
Creating and delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Producing marketing materials, case studies and promotional content.
Supporting brand development and ensuring consistent messaging.
Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on marketing ROI.
Identifying new opportunities to increase website traffic and generate qualified leads.

Sales & Business Development

Converting marketing-generated enquiries into sales opportunities.
Researching and identifying prospective customers.
Proactively contacting potential clients by telephone, email and LinkedIn.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Arranging and attending customer meetings.
Developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable services.
Maintaining accurate CRM and sales records.
Working towards agreed lead generation and sales targets.
Visiting customer sites, and identifying potential opportunities

About You

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial awareness.

You'll ideally have:

Experience within a marketing, business development or sales role.
Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimisation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence speaking with customers by phone, email and in person.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
Commercial awareness and a passion for growing businesses.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
A full UK driving licence.
