Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic culinary team! Duties

Prepare and cook a diverse range of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, pastries, and more with precision and flair
Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards and adheres to food safety regulations at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation during busy service times
Serve breakfast dishes promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and taste
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Follow all health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
Excellent skills in meal preparation, especially breakfast items such as eggs, pancakes, and breakfast sandwiches
Ability towork efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
Serving experience or familiarity with customer service is a plus but not required
