Full job description

Are you passionate about high-quality care and staff development? InnovCare Limited is looking for a dedicated Field Care Supervisor who is local to Hull and East Riding region to support and monitor care delivery across our domiciliary care services.

Role Overview

You will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care is consistently delivered to service users within their own homes.

Main Duties

Conducting spot checks, competency assessments, and service reviews
Supervising and supporting care staff in the community
Monitoring care quality and compliance standards
Supporting care plan reviews and risk assessments
Investigating incidents and reporting concerns appropriately
Assisting with staff training, mentoring, and development

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience in domiciliary or community care
Strong leadership and communication skills
Understanding of safeguarding and CQC standards
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Full UK driving licence preferred
