You will be given full guidance working under the supervision of a Senior Designer/Design Manager to produce high-quality commercial work. Job Responsibilities
Ability to use your background in design and computer applications on various levels to create, update and finalise design layouts for production covering our core business areas outlined below.
Whilst it’s important that you have a creative flair it’s also essential that you have good commercial understanding with strong time and project management and artworking skills, the ability to maintain work flow and meet deadlines for multiple and varied design assignments through regular priority assessment and close team working.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and development of digital and print marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Take ownership of creative projects, from ideation to final execution, providing innovative solutions to client briefs.
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop visually compelling marketing campaigns.
- Ensure high-quality execution of physical materials in collaboration with external printers and production teams.
- Work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver creative projects on time and within scope.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
- This is a varied design role covering internal and external design projects, from simple artwork setting and preflight of supplied artwork to full creative design from concept through to completion and delivery. This involves working with small, medium and large organisations including many high profile brands.
Internal Company design will include
- Creation of all print and collateral (e.g. brochures, flyers, product guides, sales materials, point of sales materials, vendor materials)
- Creation of digital assets including website and email graphics
- Ensuring consistency and brand images are maintained through all marketing, promotional materials
Essential skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design required;
- Knowledge of video editing software and motion graphics is a plus, After Effects and Premiere.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through production across multiple media.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to uphold brand integrity.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Portfolio of professional work showcasing both creativity and execution across digital and print formats.
- Knowledge of print production for DTF, DTG, Screenprint a plus
- Knowledge of basic web design/apps a plus

OVERVIEW AND COMPANY BENEFITS
- Annual Salary starting from £28,000 depending on experience - Please state salary expectations
- Contract Type: Full-time, permanent (six-month probation period)
- Annual Leave: 20 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy an additional 5 days.
- Please note: 5 days of annual leave must be reserved for the Company’s Christmas shutdown.

Working Hours
- Standard working week: up to 41 hours
- Core office hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9am–5pm
Friday: 8am–4pm
(Total core hours: 37.5 per week)
- You may be required to increase your working hours to 41 per week when business needs arise.
- You may also be required to work such additional hours as necessary for the proper performance of your duties, without extra remuneration.
Overtime
- Not applicable for completing regular duties (expected to be managed within the 41-hour working week).
- May be offered on an ad-hoc basis for special projects only, at the Company’s discretion.
- Any overtime rate of pay for special projects will be discussed and agreed at the time of offering.
