For over 45 years, Hampton Conservatories has been designing and manufacturing some of the world’s finest bespoke timber conservatories, orangeries and luxury timber greenhouses. Our reputation has been built on exceptional craftsmanship, engineering, quality and outstanding customer service, with projects throughout the UK, Ireland and around the world.
We previously exhibited at the Chelsea Flower Show for ten years and, as our luxury greenhouse range continues to grow, we intend to apply to return in 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director and help build what we believe will become the UK’s leading luxury timber greenhouse brand.
Our handcrafted timber greenhouses are premium products, with typical project values ranging from £27,000 to over £60,000. You’ll be selling quality, craftsmanship and design—not competing on price.
The Role
No two days are the same.
You’ll become the first point of contact for customers enquiring about our luxury greenhouses and will play a key role in converting enquiries into delighted customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to enquiries by telephone, email, Zoom, text and social media.
- Taking ownership of every enquiry and ensuring no sales opportunity is ever missed.
- Following up quotations promptly and confidently guiding customers through the buying journey.
- Welcoming customers to our showroom and factory.
- Carrying out customer visits throughout the UK and Ireland, including occasional overnight stays.
- Building relationships with garden designers, landscape architects, architects and other professional partners.
- Developing new business opportunities and referral partnerships.
- Assisting with social media, marketing campaigns and content creation.
- Using AI tools as part of your everyday workflow to improve productivity, customer communication, sales performance and marketing.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM system (Monday.com), ensuring every enquiry, quotation and follow-up is recorded professionally.
- Keeping your sales pipeline organised so every opportunity is progressed and no enquiry is overlooked.
- Helping grow the Hampton Greenhouse brand across the UK and Ireland.

What We Offer
- £30,000 basic salary.
- Uncapped 3% commission.
- Realistic On-Target Earnings of £60,000–£75,000+, with higher earnings achievable for exceptional performance.

Working Hours & Flexibility
Office based: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Friday: 9:00am–1:30pm working from home
A willingness to follow up enquiries and speak with customers outside normal office hours is an important part of this sales role.
A willingness to travel throughout the UK and Ireland, including occasional overnight stays, is also required.
