Are you a analytical thinker who loves turning raw numbers into actionable business strategies? We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our data and analytics team. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex data engineering and business strategy, uncovering trends that drive critical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will own the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle to deliver clear insights:

Data Exploration & Modeling: Query and clean large datasets from multiple data sources to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
Insight Generation: Analyze historical trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and market trends.
Data Visualization & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain automated, interactive dashboards that make data accessible for stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and finance teams to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Data Governance: Assist in maintaining data definitions, documentation, and data quality standards across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

We are seeking an analyst who combines strong technical execution with the ability to communicate findings clearly:

Database Querying: Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and aggregations) is essential.
Data Visualization Tools: Strong commercial experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Analytical Tools: High proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) or statistical programming in Python / R for data manipulation.
Data Storytelling: Proven ability to translate complex data points into clear, concise, and actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when working with complex datasets and a commitment to data quality.

Desirable Skills (Not Essential, But a Plus!)

Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift).
Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt or ETL pipeline concepts.
A degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Data Science.
