· A Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader role within the Manufacturing team is to direct and co-ordinate activities to ensure optimum use of equipment, facilities and personnel.
· To lead the team to deliver customer daily orders in the most effective manner whilst ensuring customer specifications and compliance is adhered to.
· Learn to operative machinery efficiently and safely ensuring the targets for production output are being met.
· Ensuring high levels or hygiene, housekeeping and Health and Safety are maintained.
The Ideal Candidate
· Previous experience, preferably from a chilled foods background.
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
· Proactive and motivated.
· Capability to effectively communicate and record information in a practical manner.
· Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £15.00 per hour
