At McCarthy & Stone, we are raising the bar in local marketing, and we're looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Marketing Executive to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and delivering engaging, community-focused campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales performance across our developments.

You may currently be working as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Executive, Campaign Coordinator, or in a similar marketing role. What sets you apart is your ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and turn ideas into action. You'll be customer-focused, highly organised, and confident working across a variety of marketing activities, from local events and partnerships to campaign delivery and lead generation.

This role is based at our Coventry office and offers a flexible working pattern, with an expectation to attend the office twice per month, travel to our developments as required, and work from home.

Support the delivery of timely, effective, and budgeted local marketing plans.

Build a calendar of activity using our local marketing playbook, including events, sponsorships, and advertising.

Optimise digital marketing by keeping property listings fresh, creating local content for social channels, and briefing new assets like copy, photography, and video.

Ensure direct marketing – from mail and door drops to (e)CRM – is accurate, timely, and impactful.

Support the delivery of on-site marketing, including promotional signage, brochures, merchandise, and digital displays.

Manage local paid advertising placements and contribute to earned PR opportunities, including press releases.

Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to align plans and report on performance.

Uphold brand voice and style, ensuring all marketing activity is consistent, customer-first, and effective.
