Love acting, entertaining and bringing stories to life?
We're looking for energetic, confident and creative people to join our team at The Children's Play Village in Warwick.
About the Role
Our performers are at the heart of the Children's Play Village experience. Rather than simply supervising play, you'll become part of the story - bringing our village to life through imaginative role play, character interactions, games, storytelling and activities that inspire children's creativity.
Every day is different, and you'll spend your shifts making magical memories for children and their families.

- Performing in character and leading role play activities
- Running games, storytelling and interactive experiences
- Creating a fun, welcoming and engaging atmosphere
- Supporting birthday parties, seasonal events and special characters
- Keeping The Village and wider venue clean and tidy
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Supporting the café team with serving food and drinks, clearing tables and maintaining high standards of cleanliness when required
We're Looking For Someone Who Is...
- Experience in, or studying Drama, Theatre, Performing Arts or a related subject, or has a passion for performance
- Naturally confident, outgoing and full of personality
- Great at improvising and thinking on their feet
- Fantastic with children and families
- Reliable, enthusiastic and a real team player
- Flexible and willing to help out wherever help is needed
- Happy performing in front of groups and getting fully involved in the experience
This could be a perfect role for a drama, theatre or performing arts student looking for flexible work that fits around university or college, while gaining valuable experience performing, improvising and engaging with young audiences.
Previous experience working with children is a bonus but not essential - we're much more interested in personality, energy and a willingness to learn.
