Retail Manager / Business Manager - Hyundai, Coventry

We’re looking for an experienced Retail Manager / Business Manager to join our Hyundai dealership in Coventry.

What You’ll Be Doing

Advising customers on finance and insurance products, ensuring compliance with all regulations
Building rapport quickly with customers and recommending appropriate products
Monitoring F&I performance against budget and addressing any shortfalls
Assisting management with planning, forecasting, and revising dealership strategies
Coaching and developing the team to meet business objectives
Monitoring performance, measuring outcomes, and providing regular feedback to the General Manager

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Retail Manager in the automotive industry
Strong relationship-building, negotiating, and customer-facing skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Honest, professional, and solutions-focused with strong integrity
Full, clean UK driving licence
