Generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and relationship building.
Securing high-quality valuation appointments.
Winning residential sales and lettings instructions.
Developing strong relationships with homeowners, landlords, investors and local businesses.
Identifying untapped opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
Representing the business at networking events, community activities and industry functions.
Creating and managing a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
Converting leads into long-term clients and advocates of the business.
Working closely with the branch team to maximise conversion rates and profitability.
