Overview
We are seeking skilled and personable Medi Spa Practitioners/Beauticians to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty and delivering exceptional customer service in a professional environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a reputable medi-spa, providing a range of aesthetic treatments and skincare services. Applicants should be committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and client care, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for all visitors.

Duties

Perform various aesthetic treatments including makeup application, facial therapies, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments based on individual client needs.
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client queries professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care.
Assist in the promotion of spa services and retail products to optimise client satisfaction and business growth.
Ensure all treatments are carried out with attention to detail, adhering to established protocols and standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a medi-spa or beauty therapy environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates.
Proficiency in makeup application is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with clients and team members.
A professional attitude coupled with a genuine passion for beauty therapy will contribute to success in this role. Pay: £12.21-£31.48 per hour
