At HireUK, we are looking for a confident, fashion forward Sales Stylist and Pop-Up Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a varied role combining luxury one-to-one styling appointments with the fast-paced energy of managing our monthly city pop-up events. We're looking for someone who has a natural experience in sales, thrives under the pressure of targets, loves fashion, confident in managing people, excellent customer service and is driven to see results!
The role
This job role will be well suited to someone who is not wanting to do the same thing every day month to month. The perfect candidate must be able to travel between our office in Bridgend, to our store in Cowbridge and Pop-Up events.
This position is split across two key areas:
1. Sales Styling Appointments. You will work directly with customers who book one on one styling appointments for the event they have coming up. This role is ideal for someone who has experience (but not essential) in bridal styling, luxury retail, occasion wear, personal shopping, fashion consultation.
2. City Pop-Up Coordinator. Each month you will be expected to plan and execute our pop-up campaign events in cities (Cardiff). These weeks are exciting, busy and sales-driven.
Duties
- Achieve business sales targets set maintaining high energy at all times
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team during retail shifts and pop-up events, ensuring high levels of customer engagement whilst achieving the business pop-up KPI's.
- Organise and oversee merchandising displays to optimise product visibility and appeal
- Coordinate logistics for pop-up events, including setup, breakdown, and inventory control
- Provide personalised styling advice to customers in HireUK appointments, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their sales techniques and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience within retail or fashion environments
- Demonstration of KPIs and sales targets being understood and met
- Leading a team, driving motivation and sales targets to ensure team targets are met
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock control
- Positive, reliable, punctual and professional presentation
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in retail management, including staff supervision and administrative tasks
- Proficient in time management to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends
- Social media confidence is a bonus

Flexibility and energy is essential. Pop-up weeks are intensive with retail trading hours across 7 days and extended opening hours. Candidate will need to work weekends.
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
