Grill Chef – Jerk Junction Leeds

We’re bringing the heat, the flavour, and the island vibes - and we’re looking for an experienced Grill Chef to help us fire up our kitchen at our Trinity Kitchen QSR restaurant!

If you can handle the pace, love working the grill, and take pride in cooking bold, flavour-packed food - this is your chance to join something hot, fresh, and exciting!

Your Role:

As a Grill Chef, you’ll be right at the heart of the action - cooking up our famous jerk chicken, crispy fried chicken, hearty curries, and vibrant sides like mac & cheese, slaw, and salads. You’ll keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced kitchen while ensuring every dish that leaves the pass is full of flavour and island soul.

Key Responsibilities:

Grill, fry, and prep a variety of Jamaican dishes to a consistently high standard.
Cook and serve jerk chicken, fried chicken, curries, rice dishes, and sides.
Maintain excellent food quality, taste, and presentation during busy service.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, collaborating closely with your team.
Help maintain stock levels, prep lists, and a clean working environment.

We’re Looking For:

Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen (QSR or restaurant experience preferred).
Confident working on the grill and fry station.
Passion for bold flavours and great food - Caribbean experience is a bonus!
Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Reliability, consistency, and pride in your craft.
