HVAC Factory Operative – Assembly (Frame Finishing)
Location: Cradley Heath, Oldhill
Hours: 39 hours weekly
Pay: £12.71 - £13.00
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Factory Operative to join our HVAC manufacturing team, working within the assembly and frame finishing area.
The Role
This is a practical, workshop-based role involving the assembly and finishing of HVAC ductwork . Key duties include:
- Spot welding frames onto HVAC duct sections
- Finishing ducts- spray, sealing & wrapping, depending on specifications
- Organising completed ductwork into correct job piles for despatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a organised work area
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous factory experience preferred but not a must
- Experience with spot welding or metalwork is an advantage (training can be provided)
- Ability to read basic drawings and follow specifications
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- A positive, reliable attitude and good timekeeping
