We are currently recruiting experienced Steel Erectors and Cladders to join our team.
We're looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals with a strong work ethic and experience working on commercial and industrial construction projects.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 3+ years) in steel erection and cladding installation.
- Proven training record.
- Valid permit/right to work in the UK.
- Current CSR Card.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with concrete works, including:
- Screeding
- General concrete works
- Finishing and associated tasks
- Telehandler Operator Card.
- MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) Operator Card.
- Other relevant construction plant certifications would be an advantage.

- Competitive rates of pay, based on experience and tickets – paid weekly.
- Employed on a PAYE basis (not subcontract).
- Steady, ongoing year-round work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects.
- PPE and site transport (from yard in Cookstown) provided.
- 28 days' paid annual leave plus public holidays. This includes the standard construction shutdown — two weeks in July and two weeks at Christmas.
- We cover ticket renewals and relevant additional training.
Employment Details
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, occasionally Saturday required.
- Immediate start for suitable candidates.
