Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Sales & Marketplace Manager to lead our online sales channels and optimise our presence across various digital marketplaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple platforms, driving sales growth, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to optimise sales across all e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Manage daily operations of online stores, ensuring product listings are accurate, optimised for SEO, and visually appealing using tools such as Adobe Photoshop and WordPress.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product updates, promotions, and inventory management.
- Analyse marketplace performance using Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and ranking on search engines and marketplace search results.
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns via Google Ads and social media management platforms to increase traffic and conversions.
- Create compelling copywriting content for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts to engage target audiences effectively.
- Manage B2B relationships through targeted marketing efforts, including B2B marketing strategies, email outreach, and partnership development.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing tactics.
- Lead projects related to website optimisation, marketplace expansion, and new platform integrations while maintaining organisational efficiency through effective project management techniques.
Experience
- 3 years minimum within the field
- Proven management experience within e-commerce or digital marketing environments.
- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), organisational skills, and IT systems.
- Demonstrable analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft persuasive copywriting content tailored for diverse audiences.
- Experience in B2B sales or marketing is highly desirable.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while demonstrating time management skills.
