About the role

We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and flexible person to join our Samson team and support the operation of our Executive Jet Centre.

The successful applicant will be required to work closely with internal and external stakeholder to provide the safe running of the operation and to ensure delivery of exemplary customer experience.

Main responsibilities will include:

Delivery of excellent customer service. Providing excellent customer care, and handling aircraft safely and efficiently to the highest standards of safety
Providing Safety and Regulatory Compliance, ensuring safe governance and audits
Manage all key safety and regulatory required documentation
Ensure all essential ground equipment and maintenance safety compliance plans are in place
To carry out financial processes using the companies system AirOps and SAP accounting
Maintaining and building customer relations by developing a strong commitment to customer service whilst identifying and implementing improvement initiatives

Additional Criteria:

Previous experience handling large aircrafts (70+ tonnes) and cargo movements
Knowledge of weight and balance dispatch
Proven experience of dealing with MOD, Civilian and Cargo movements ensuring preplanning and regulatory adherence
Ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships
Strong administrative background and proficiency
Ability to follow financial processes
Driving License
