Salary: £33,000K

As a General Manager, you'll set high standards for excellence, whilst delivering top-quality experiences through careful planning. You will empower your team to be the best versions of themselves and they will reflect our values.
Each setting will welcome new adventurers, providing immersive training experiences, upskill and educate our people through coaching & mentoring, whilst driving a culture of excellence.
You'll embody entrepreneurial skills to meet KPIs, build relationships with schools, parents, and team members, and boost profit, all while maintaining unwavering quality. Whether it's school wrap-around care or a leisure centre camp, you'll lead diverse activities based on our 'Whole of Child' programming philosophy.
As you grow in this role, you will pick up more schools & Leisure Centres to grow your portfolio in a cluster of high performing programs, highly engaged teams and unbreakable school relationships.
