Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations while maintaining a clean and organised bar area.
Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods while maintaining quality.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or working in a restaurant environment is desirable but not necessary as we will fully train the right candidate.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers warmly and professionally.
A passion for hospitality and creating enjoyable experiences for guests.
