Henlow, Bedfordshire
Up to 37k including tronc

Calling all passionate pastry chefs – this one's for you!

If you live and breathe pastry, patisserie, and fresh-baked bread, we'd love to hear from you. We're The Crown Henlow, a proper gastro pub known for fresh, house-made food, with exciting plans on the horizon and real scope for the right pastry chef to grow with us.

We're looking for an experienced Pastry Chef who takes real pride in the craft - someone who can turn out beautiful desserts, precision patisserie, and proper house-baked breads that guests talk about on the way home.

What we're looking for:

proven experience as a pastry chef in a quality-focused kitchen
strong patisserie skills - fine finishing, classics done properly
solid bread and baking knowledge
an eye for presentation and consistency on every plate
someone organised, calm under pressure, and proud of a clean, well-run section
understanding of food cost, GP%, and keeping waste tight
