Carpenter/Joiner, Handyperson, Labourer & Apprentice – Immediate Start

Job Type: Full‑time
Salary: Minimum wage (with progression opportunities)
Probation: 4–6 months

Job Overview

My Builder YG Ltd is expanding and seeking motivated Carpenters/Joiners, Handypersons, Labourers, and Apprentices to support a variety of construction and maintenance projects. Fire‑door knowledge or experience is a strong advantage.

You will work across carpentry, joinery, general repairs, multi‑trade tasks, and site support. Reliability, practical skills, and safe working practices are essential.

Key Duties

Carpentry and joinery: fabrication, assembly, installation
General repairs: basic carpentry, site clearing,
Material handling, heavy lifting, and site support
Safe use of hand tools and power tools, demolition
Assist with preparation and installation

Experience & Requirements

Experience in carpentry, joinery, labouring, or general construction
Confident use of hand tools and power tools
Fire‑door installation/maintenance experience is a strong advantage
Ability to lift safely and work efficiently
Apprentices welcome – willingness to learn is essential
