The Little Gym Wimbledon and Wandsworth are seeking enthusiastic Gymnastics Instructors to inspire and build confidence in children aged 3–12 years through fun, structured gymnastics classes and exciting birthday parties.
About the Role:
- Lead & Assist Classes: Use your gymnastics skills to teach, inspire, and help children develop confidence and coordination. Training provided.
- Host Birthday Parties: Run fun activities that create memorable experiences for children and families.
- Administrative & Customer Support: Manage emails, calls, bookings, and general admin tasks with care and professionalism. Take initiative to spot what needs doing and get it done.
- Team Collaboration & Development: Work closely with colleagues, contribute ideas, and participate in ongoing training to help The Little Gym thrive.
- Career Growth: Opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and develop your career within the business.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Gymnastics Expertise: Strong background through coaching, competing, or related experience.
- Proactive & Initiative-Driven: Can think for yourself, take ownership of tasks, and act without constant supervision.
- Passion for Child Development: Enthusiasm for helping children grow in a fun, safe, and positive environment.
- Friendly & Approachable: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Team Player: Reliable, organised, and collaborative.
- Availability: Must work at least one weekend day.
