Full job description

Production Operative – Butchery – £14.30/hr – Late Shift

Boston (Marsh Lane), Lincolnshire
£14.30 per hour + £15.40 overtime | PAYE | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Shift: 13:30–10:00 (Late Shift)
5 days from 6 (Monday–Saturday)
Chilled food production environment
Physical role (lifting up to 25kg, standing all shift)

The Role

We are hiring Operatives to join our butchery team in Boston, preparing fresh meat products for delivery across the UK.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working in a chilled environment with a focus on accuracy, quality and food safety.

Please note: this role involves handling fresh meat products. No animals are slaughtered on site.

Duties

Preparing, cutting and packing fresh meat products
Picking and labelling customer orders
Working to daily production targets
Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
Keeping work areas clean and organised

Requirements

Previous warehouse, food production or butchery experience preferred
Comfortable working with meat products
Able to work in a physically demanding role
Reliable with good timekeeping
Right to work in the UK
